Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders to the United States only. You must supply a physical (i.e. 123 Main Street) or an APO/FPO address. WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOXES. Orders will ship from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days via Fed Ex Ground.
Return Policy
You must inspect all products promptly upon receipt and may reject any products that seem to be damaged. Products not rejected within forty-eight hours of receipt are considered to have been accepted. If a product is damaged, e-mail us at info@tripharm.net with the unopened rejected product name, size and quantity. A return authorization number (RA#) will be issued. Put that RA # on the outside of the box to be returned. Any RA number not used within 7 business days will be cancelled and the product will be considered accepted. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products purchased from us, please e-mail us at info@tripharm.net and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation.
